SEAL THE FOAM CORE

  1. ✦Remove mandrel with foam core from lathe.

  2. ✦Mix small batch of RR-321 Epoxy (2 Parts RR-300 Resin to 1 Part RR-21 Hardener) to skim coat foam core.

  3. ✦Seal coat the foam core with RR-321 Epoxy; let dry for at least 3 hours on a rod dryer.

  2. ✦ Tack Free: 3 hours*

  3. ✦ Set-Time: 7 hours*

  4. ✦ Full Cure Time: 24 hours*
